Recently, reproductions in limited editions of Marga's artworks have been assembled behind Plexiglas. The reproductions are manufactured using an ingenious system of lambda photo illumination. It is the most advanced digital printing system available. Using this technique, the reproduction is first mounted behind an acrylic glass plate and then mounted to Dibond. Dibond is an aluminium composite panel. It has 0.3mm aluminium face on both sides with a polyethylene centre. A U-profile is then fitted onto the back of this assembly, so the artwork floats from the wall once it is suspended. This creates an extremely durable product that will retain its shape, is UV and moisture-resistant and withstands variations in temperature. It is the current state of the art in the world of art reproduction.
